How to find a place to stay

How to check if a property is available 

Every property has a calendar showing when it’s available for bookings. Use the calendar - green dates are available for bookings, red dates are already booked. If your dates are not flexible, check the calendar before contacting us. Include your preferred holiday dates to help speed things up.

How to check what it will cost 

Once you’ve found the property you like, check the prices table for more details. A refundable damage deposit will be required upon arrival.

Changeover day and Minimum Booking Period

You could start your holiday on any day, there is no fixed changeover day. The minimun period you could book a property for is 3 days, a minimum rate will apply.

Where to find recommendations of places to stay

All the holiday homes have been rated and reviewed by previous guests. To check the property you are interested in go to the property listing and check the reviews left by previous guests.

Discounts and special offers

Discounts would apply for early bookings and longer than one week bookings. We have last minute offers. Please contact us to discuss.


How to make a booking

E-mail a booking enquiry

E-mail us a booking enquiry using the Enquiry Form. A booking enquiry allows you to provisionally book a property. You can only submit booking enquiries for dates marked as available on the calendar.

Availability confirmed

We will e-mail you a confirmation e-mail if the property is available for the dates indicated by you.

Confirm your booking

E-mail us a booking confirmation for the dates indicated by you if you want to go ahead with the booking.

Booking Form and Deposit

We will e-mail you a Booking Form for your booking. Complete the Booking deposit and return in the post or via e-mail. 50% of the total is required at the time of booking. All payments are completed by a bank transfer.  Booking Order will be sent after the completed Booking Form and deposit are received.

Balance

The balance will be due one month before departure. All payments are completed by a bank transfer.  Booking Order will be sent after the balance is received.

Damage Deposit

The damage deposit is an additional fee to the rental cost quoted. The damage deposit will be taken by the caretakers/manager on arrival and refunded by the caretakers/manager on departure.

Booking and Payments safety

We require a Booking Form/Contract containing details of the terms of the let as well as the payment and cancellation policies to be signed.  All payments are completed by a traceable bank transfer.  Booking Order will be sent after a payment is received.

Maps and Directions

A set of maps with clear detailed directions how to get to the villa will be sent to all our guests. The caretakers/managers will be responsible for meeting you and escorting you to the villa. Please call them from the airport to arrange a meeting.

Cancellations and refunds

Upon arrival

Check-in and Check-out

CHECK-IN:          after 14:00 

CHECK-OUT:      before 12:00 

Guests will be accepted outside working hours: 8:00 – 22:00 but late arrival charge will apply.

How to collect the keys

The caretakers/manager will meet you near the property and will escort you to the property. They will let you in and will hand over the keys. They will be available 24/7 if you need them. Please call the caretakers from the airport after you collect your car to arrange time to meet up with them near the property.

Late arrivals

Guests will be accepted outside working hours: 8:00 – 22:00 but late arrival charge will apply.

The facilities are not working/missing

If your holiday didn't meet your expectations, contact the property caretakers/manager immediately. The sooner you raise your concerns the sooner they can be resolved. Do not leave it until you get home unless you've already tried your best to contact them.
